- Prepare Your Item: Ensure that the item is in its original condition: unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Securely pack the item in its original packaging or a similar protective alternative to avoid damage during transit.
- Return Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your refund or the dispatch of your exchange.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund Options: We can process a refund to your original payment method, whether it is your bank account, credit card, or other payment method used at the time of purchase. This service is provided free of charge, aligning with industry practices.
